Lily
This past weekend, we spent from 0845 to 1700 (8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at ISS for baseball and then watching rugby. Lily was a trooper...so was Kona. Kona was so busy saying hello to everyone in the morning that she missed her morning nap and consequently slept all afternoon, totally zonked in the fresh air.
Lily watched baseball (Tim had a double header and Joe had a game in the afternoon) and then walked over to the main fields to watch the varsity rugby team scrimmage. We stayed a little longer to watch Stavanger vs. Bergen in men's rugby. Sheesh! Those guys are huge and just a little crazy. Do I want my son doing this? Tim is due to play his first game on Saturday....yikes! Lily enjoyed the game because she had rocks to collect in the stands, plenty of people that knew her there, and later on, icecream.
The picture of her with her "night night Pooh" hanging on the hanger...well, she's just kind of a little neat freak. I couldn't believe that she wanted to hang up her precious night night Pooh on a hanger for during the day. She was quite pleased with herself!
She is starting to peck out of her shell...last night she sang "Lean on Me" for the parents in the stands at the track meet. They were swaying and started singing along with her. She's such a little ham!
