A drive up the coast
a row of boat houses
This is a time of year where there were a lot of people visiting cemeteries. Daffodils are blooming everywhere right now and each headstone had yellow flowers on it.
The building in the background on stilts is a building used to dry fisherman's nets. Of course the boys (that would include Rich) wanted to climb up there. It is pretty high up and I was ready to avoid any possible medical emergencies...so it'll have to wait until another time. (or not) :o)
Joe, who can spot a penny at 400 yards...found the carcas of a deer and decided to show his sister the skull. Blech!
Here is an oil platform in by the coast for the holidays. Imagine living on one of these in 20+ ft waves out in the North Sea. No thanks!
These are pictures from our afternoon drive up the coastline and along an island chain just to the northwest of Bergen. It was a nice drive.
